Sneak Peek Inside The Frank Redevelopment in Downtown Birmingham

Check out this sneak peek inside the renovation and redevelopment of the Frank Nelson Building, now known as The Frank. The Frank is 115 years old and offers 110,000 sq. ft. of space. Of that, 100,000 sq. ft. will be dedicated to collaborative office space across 10 floors. 10,000 sq. ft.  will be restaurants and retail on the first floor. A rooftop bar is planned for the roof with breathtaking views  of the Birmingham skyline. There are plans to open a Cold War Museum in the basement. The building was used during the Cold War as a fallout shelter. Several artifacts have been found during the renovation. The first phase of the project be will completed in spring of 2019 and the entire project will open in late 2019.
