Mercantile on Morris is a mixed-use adaptive reuse project in Birmingham, Al.

Mercantile on Morris was built utilizing three historic warehouses.

The pedestrian plaza was created to connect historic Morris Avenue to First Avenue North.
Retail spaces line the pedestrian plaza. By utilizing smaller square-footage in each of our commercial spaces, we were able to curate first-time brick-and-mortar business owners.
