Today, we help investors in other cities form their own Seed Funds.

Orchestra Partners does not own the Seed Funds it creates for investor clients. These are locally-owned real estate development funds. Seed Fund investors may choose to hire Orchestra Partners for additional duties after formation, such as conducting feasibility studies or guiding the Seed Fund investors through the financing, acquisition, and development of a target property (or several).
